FAQ

have questions ?

Here are some answers to Frequently Asked Questions.

No sorry, retainer hours cannot be carried over to the following month.

No.  Sorry retainer packages are priced at the same level as the hourly rate.  When you retain my time we both know exactly how much time will be required each month to cover the work that you require.  Retainer clients get priority over ad-hoc clients.

I use a variety of systems.  So I have Microsoft Office 365 Pro as well as GSuite.  I also use One Drive, Dropbox, and Google drive for storage.  For task management I use, Trello and Asana.  Zoom or phone for meetings and updates with clients and Toggl to track my time electronically.  I also use Xero and Quickbooks on clients behalf for invoicing.

No.  However, I can recommend you to a firm of call answering specialists

Yes and although I can and have (including this site) this does not mean I am a Website Designer.  I offer general content updates and have a good general knowledge of WP, SquareSpace and Wix.

Lets have a chat.  But my best advice would be to perhaps start with one thing first.  Perhaps start with your most annoying job.  If you are happy (you will be), you can start handing over more administrative work that will free you up so that you can work on your business (not drown in admin).

Yes I do.  Certain tasks are best sorted out via a one-off package or project fee.  Once we have our consultation we can best decide how to proceed.  I do have some ready-made packages that you maybe interested in (see my Services page).  Alternatively we can have a chat and discover what you need.  Packages are usually paid for upfront.

I can, and do on occasion attend events and meetings in person dependant upon availability.
